Our Primary Care service is designed to give you convenient, personalized healthcare alongside your membership.
What’s Included
- 2 visits per month
- Maximum 10 visits within a 6-month membership
- Virtual or in-person appointments available
- Written prescriptions provided when needed
- Prescription refills available when appropriate
(Refills may not always require an additional appointment)

Labs & Diagnostics
Lab orders are included as part of your visit.
However:
- Lab tests, X-rays, or other diagnostics are billed separately by the facility performing them
- If you have insurance, it may cover these external services
- We do not currently accept insurance
